Based in NAI Capital's South Bay office, Sheri is recognized by her peers and her clients as one of the leading commercial real-estate brokers in the area. She is the past recipient of top producer awards at Matlow-Kennedy Corp., and Merrill Lynch Realty. She joined NAI Capital in 1988.
As one South Bay’s leading retail commercial brokers, Sheri Messerlian has 30 years of real estate and marketing experience. During that time, she has successfully represented landlords and investors in marketing their properties and has extensive experience in working with developers, national retail tenants, institutional clients, and government agencies.
Recognized and respected for her outstanding knowledge of the marketplace, and keen intellect in discerning emerging trends, Sheri’s opinions are highly valued by her peers, developers, appraisers and the media. Her loyal clients especially appreciate her superior negotiating skills resulting in higher values for both private and institutional investors.
In addition to her stellar record in commercial real estate brokerage, Sheri also has impressive academic credentials. She has taught urban and regional planning at USC and Stockton State College in New Jersey. She received a B.A. and M.A. from UCLA, and a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from USC.
